Most days, same or next business day. Book online before noon and we can usually reach you same day. After-hours calls are answered by our team, not a voicemail.
How much will a repair cost?
$77 service call ($39 for Mission Ready Plan members). Flat-rate pricing in writing before any work begins. The service-call fee credits toward the repair. Cardinal Club members get 10% off the repair total.
What's the Cardinal Club and what does it cost?
$14.99 a month per system, or $180 for the year. Two seasonal tune-ups, 10% off all repairs, 5% off new system replacements, weekend and holiday service at no extra charge, priority scheduling, transferable plan. Cancel anytime. (After-hours answering & emergency dispatch are 24/7 for every customer, member or not.)
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with GreenSky. Pre-qualification takes minutes with a soft credit check. Most customers are pre-approved before the install date.
